Business finance guides

Understand the numbers. Prepare with confidence.

Centurium helps prepare applications for Greyrok. These guides explain funding needs and terminology; the lender confirms available products, makes the decision and issues the final agreement.

Five facilities, different funding needs

Fast Business Loans

Explore finance for an immediate business funding need. Assessment and settlement timing depend on the evidence and facility terms.

Small Business Loans

Explore a set advance for working capital or planned business expenditure, repaid over an agreed schedule.

Secured Business Loans

Explore funding supported by agreed security. The asset, ownership and security position form part of assessment.

Bridging Finance

Explore funding for a defined gap between a business expense and an expected source of repayment. Explain the proposed exit clearly.

Line of Credit

Explore an approved limit with separate draw requests. Each draw needs assessment and accepted terms before funds are advanced.

Illustrative example only

Reading a fixed finance cost

Suppose a facility advances $20,000 and has a fixed finance cost of $4,000, with no other charges in this example. The total repayable is $24,000. Across 24 equal weekly instalments, each payment is $1,000.

Principal
$20,000
Fixed finance cost
$4,000
Total repayable
$24,000
Example factor rate
1.20

The factor rate here is $24,000 divided by $20,000. It describes the total repayment multiple for this example; it is not an annual percentage rate. Compare the actual finance cost, payment dates, fees and total repayable in each offer.

These figures are not a quote or an available rate. Your offer specifies its own amounts, frequency and conditions. Other charges may apply under the agreement.

Prepare six months of statements

Prepare six recent months of business bank statements as PDFs. Include every page and the relevant accounts so the reviewer can follow revenue, expenses and existing repayments.

  • Check that the account holder and statement dates are readable.
  • Explain unusual deposits, seasonal changes and existing finance commitments.
  • Use the secure upload flow for supporting documents.
  • Provide further periods or evidence if your reviewer requests them.

What happens during assessment

Centurium reviews the application for referral readiness. Greyrok performs lender assessment. This can include identity, business ownership, bank statements, credit information and security relevant to your facility. You may receive a request for more information.

The initial service uses manual verification. An uploaded document does not mean a check has passed. If the lender issues an offer, review its final documents and follow its signing instructions. A portal acknowledgement does not replace the lender’s required acceptance.

Repayments and ongoing support

Your repayment schedule shows the agreed amounts and dates. Received payments are recorded and allocated to the outstanding balance. For a partial payment or full payout, contact the team through your borrower account to confirm the amount and treatment under your agreement.

Paying early does not automatically waive a fixed finance cost or other contractual charges. If you expect to miss a payment, contact the team so your circumstances and available options can be reviewed.
